(“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Famous Dave’s”) offers our Guests the opportunity to opt in to our SMS Text Club. Subscribers in the Famous Dave’s SMS Text Club can expect to receive special offers, coupons, recipes and general marketing messages from us on a regular basis.
By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Granite City Brewery at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Subscribers opt out of the Famous Dave’s SMS Text at any time by texting "STOP" to the 51407. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 8-10 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
